Pub is Killington's first and foremost Irish pub. Run like
a true family pub in Ireland, everybody is welcome. The Dining Room at The Inn at Long Trail has been the source of hearty fare serving skiers for over 50 years. Built around an indoor boulder, we also feature an illuminated boulder garden view, and photographs capturing the Inn's history. The Inn serves in our main dining room during the fall and winter months.
 At the Birch Ridge Inn, you will find an intimate gourmet restaurant for your dining pleasure. Birch Ridge specializes in a cuisine that is a fusion of American and Continental styles. The predominate style features roasted, sautéed, and grilled selections with savory sauces. Mediterranean and German/Austrian influences occur, as well as Oriental on occasion. A new menu is prepared weekly, based upon available ingredients from the market.
